Roxanne Blesam

Ms. Roxanne Y. Blesam is a native of the Republic of Palau, an independent country in the north region of the Pacific. She has worked for the Government of the Republic of Palau for ten (10) years.

She is currently serving as the Executive Officer for the Environmental Quality Protection Board, a semi-autonomous government agency charged with regulating development projects so as to ensure greater protection of the unique and aesthetically beautiful environment while promoting sustainable economic and social development that would achieve the desired financial goals of the people of the Republic.

Ms. Blesam graduated from the Australian National University (Canberra) where she obtained her Master's Degree in Environmental Law (2005). She also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of Guam (2000).
