Motulu Jack Pedro

I served as a law enforcement officer and ascended the police hierarchy up to the Office of Commissioner of Police which I retired from in 2009 after 26 years of service.

Following retirement, I worked on a contract as Small Island States Officer in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Tourism, Trade, Environment and Labour, from 2010 until 2013 and now extended to 2016.

I was a regional and national trainer in the 1990s under USAID and AUSAID programs on Disaster Management and was one of the resource persons in a disaster management workshop for heads of departments in the west of Viti Levu, Fiji in 1996.

I graduated from the University of the South Pacific in 2005 with a combined degree of Bachelor of Arts in management and Public Administration and Bachelor of Laws.
