Dr Dean Webb
Dean Webb is a research fellow in data analysis in the school of Information Technology and Engineering at the University of Ballarat.
Dr. Webb obtained his PhD in 2010 at the University of Ballarat in the development of large scale and real time supervised data mining techniques. His main research interests are in the development data mining and data analysis techniques using nonsmooth optimisation. Dean has spent a number of years working with industry, focusing on data mining techniques in the application of fraud analysis.
